Our customers benefit monthly from the updates in our decídalo software. In the January release, a number of new features have been added. Here we shortly present the three most exciting features:

Compare skill set requirements

This new feature helps in searching for suitable employees: For example, if ten different skills are searched for, all possible suitable employees are first displayed. But who meets the required skillset best?
With the new feature, you can now see exactly which skills are covered by the search. It is now clearly compared which skills are fulfilled and which are not. The additional spider diagram makes the result even clearer.

Hyperlinks in text fields

Dynamic links can now be inserted in all free text fields – this is practical both for working in the application and in the exported CV.
For example, consultants can add their LinkedIn profiles to the CV or links can be added to references.

Filter by primary contacts

You are leading a team and would like to know which project responsibilities are currently assigned to your consultants? Or you would like to get an overview of your projects yourself?
A new filter type on the assignment planning now allows you to get this information quickly and clearly. Simply filter by “primary contacts” and have all associated projects displayed.
