Competence models, internationalisation, difference to performance management, co-determination requirements and company-wide roll-out were some of the key relevant challenges confronting companies in their day to day work.
Great interest was also shown in the various ways of integrating machine learning and DAS analytics in skills management illustrated by Professor Giesen.
